Grant Kaufman is a Los Angeles-based Director of Photography.

Born and raised at the foothills of the rocky mountains, his journey into filmmaking began at a young age; inspired by the artistry he observed in a restaurant his parents worked at. While in high school, he developed the passion for cinematography and enrolled at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts to pursue a BFA in Film with an emphasis in cinematography.

Grant's work has been featured in film festivals around the world, and has won numerous awards and recognition from prestigious institutes such as the Directors Guild of America and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

When not on set, you can find Grant playing drums, hiking around Griffith park or going to basketball games.
